Rosemary Garlic Sourdough Focaccia 🌿🧄

Golden, fluffy, and full of flavour. Made with naturally fermented sourdough, generously infused with roasted garlic and fragrant home garden rosemary, then finished with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Crispy and golden around the edges, soft and airy inside, with those irresistible pockets of olive oil, rosemary and caramelized garlic. ❤️

Simple ingredients, long fermentation, lots of patience — and absolutely no commercial yeast.

😍 I love ❤️ it, what do you think?

I am taking a little break from baking , to refresh, renew, take care of my phyisical and mental wellness, and catch up some stuff that has been ignored.

I know I will be missing my starter “Amour” and I will be itching to bake when I am away on holiday.

But when I am back in Sept, I will be ready to create and to bake new sourdough goodies for you all.
