Madd Bakery Madd Bakery was created by 12 yr old Maddison, to fund her way to Japan in 2018, as an exchange student through school. (Sales are based on preorders).

With the help of so many awesome folks in our community buying bread, carrot cake and pickled eggs, as well as long distance support from family and friends, you all made it possible for Maddison to earn the $4000 she set as her goal to travel to Japan.
On Wednesday, Maddison and her friends with great excitement will board the plane for Japan! This will be an amazing growth experience for not only the kids, but families both here and in Japan.
Thank you to everyone who supported Madd Bakery, to the staff of Journey Middle school, the City of Natori, the host families in Natori & Education First Tours for making this tour possible for our kids.

With her busy schedule it's hard to get a steady routine happening - we'll post when the bake is on.
Huge thank you to all who supported Madd Bakery this past spring. With your support Maddison was able to earn just over $1500 towards her trip to Japan next spring! She's excited to get back to work to earn the rest of the money to pay her way over!

Back at it this week!
After a couple of chaotic weeks around here, Maddison is getting a few bakes in before she's pulled out of the kitchen for hay season!
Sorry about the bouncy schedule - end of school year, family commitments, blowing up appliances and farming activities are taking their toll on Madds time in the kitchen.
Mmmm, I can't wait for bread......
