C’est Tout is Smiths Falls’ go-to for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and desserts worth coming back for. A small locally owned bakery where everything is made from scratch onsite or sourced from other local professionals in the food industry. We are proud to support as many local growers, producers and business owners as possible, with everything from coffee and tea to flour and packaging and

everything in between coming from local businesses and organizations whenever possible. Offering desserts, pies, squares cookies and more baked fresh daily as well as breakfast and lunch items and all reasonably priced. Catering services are also available for events big and small.

The doors are locked, but our team is getting ready for the week and I'm usually somewhere between a second coffee and a very long to-do list for the week ahead.

Mondays are for the good stuff - recipe development, market research, dreaming up what's next on the menu. The creative side of this job that you don't always see. And also, hanging out with these 2 and Bryan in the backyard.
