Mondays are mine.
The doors are locked, but our team is getting ready for the week and I'm usually somewhere between a second coffee and a very long to-do list for the week ahead.
Mondays are for the good stuff - recipe development, market research, dreaming up what's next on the menu. The creative side of this job that you don't always see. And also, hanging out with these 2 and Bryan in the backyard.
