Good morning, friends!!

We’re all packed up and ready for today’s , happening from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM at 200 Sanders Street. Now let’s just hope the rain rains itself out before we get there. 😅

A friendly reminder that our croissant pastries are now on rotation, and today’s lineup features:

• Orange Blossom Croissants
• Almond Croissants

We’ll also have our newest trial pastry available — the Caramel Banana Bread Chelsey Bun! Think notes of caramel, banana, and cinnamon all rolled into a rich, fluffy brioche bun, then finished with a caramel-cinnamon glaze.

On the pretzel menu today:

• Classic Salted
• Salted Toffee
• Maple Crunch
• Everything
• Asiago Garlic

We’ll also have our mini pretzels available!

In addition, we’re bringing along our pretzel buns and focaccia. Today’s focaccia flavour is Asiago, Garlic & Herb.

Happy Market Day, friends!

We’ll be at the Smiths Falls By The Rideau Market today from 3–7 PM at Lower Reach Park, and our cases are loaded with some of your favourites!

As part of our new rotating pastry menu, this week’s featured flavours are:

These will be available at both today’s market and Sunday’s Kemptville Farmers' Market

✨ New This Week!
We’re trialling a brand-new Chelsey Bun:
A banana bread cinnamon Chelsey bun, filled with our signature cinnamon filling topped with a vanilla cinnamon glaze. If you give one a try, we’d love to hear what you think!

🍪 We’ll also have our chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies available in both vanilla and chocolate shortbread.

🍞 Limited Specialty Bakes
We’ll have a small batch of:
• Herb & Garlic Focaccia
• Salted Caramel Focaccia
• Pretzel Buns

Quantities are limited, so if you’d like us to set one aside for you, send us a message and we’ll do our best to reserve it!

A quick note: we won’t have apple strudel or Black Forest cookies available today or Sunday as we’re busy preparing for next week’s market mayhem and replenishing stock after Wednesday’s Bike Night.

Our cases are loaded, and we are excited for tonight’s Downtown Smiths Falls Bike Night!

On the menu tonight, we’ll have an abundance of pretzels:

We have some market extras available , it was incredibly windy - so much I lost my tent top - even though it was strapped down to the nines 🫠🫣

I have 3 Apple strudel , 3 Chelsey buns and 8 classic salted pretzels available for $3 each - pm me if your interested 🙂

Oooooooo it’s windddyyyy!!

But that’s not keeping us away from the Smiths Falls By the Rideau Market!

We’re all set up and ready to go — our tent is sitting a little lower today to stop it from blowing into the river, so if you’re over 5ft tall you may need to duck 😅

I also skipped the signage today because it would absolutely take flight, but you can find us easily near the parking lot at Lower Reach Park with our magenta tablecloths!

On the menu today we have :

Good morning friends!!

Production is officially underway for tonights Smiths Falls By The Rideau Market!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful input on the croissant pastries. Starting next week, we’ll begin alternating flavours each week — but for tonight, we’re bringing all the options!

Including these gorgeous Orange Blossoms 🍊
Our buttery croissant pastry infused with orange, topped with an orange glaze, filled with citrus cream, and finished with a candied orange slice. They smell just as incredible as they look 😍

We’ll be at Lower Reach Park this evening from 3–7 PM and can’t wait to see everyone there!
