Normally about this time on a Friday I would be posting my preorder menu for the following week.
Unfortunately there will be no bread next week.
We have all been feeling the effects of inflation in our lives, from gas prices to housing to the shelves at the grocery store. The bakery is not immune to these challenges, and while we have been grinding it out making breads for you day in and day out the costs of ingredients, packaging, and shipping have been quietly climbing 20% here, 30% there, and as much as 60% or more in some cases with no end in sight! The already small margins on our products have shrunk even more and it puts the viability of the business into question.
It’s been 5 months since I took any real time away from the bakery, and I feel that now is the time to take a pause, re-evaluate things, and try to come up with a new model/menu/schedule that will be more sustainable in this new reality. Hopefully we will be back soon and better than ever. In the meantime all subscriptions will be paused/refunded.
We are still going to offer our Friday pizza as often as we can provided we have the staff and ingredients available to do so!

Pizza night Friday, May 27!!! This will be preorder and Pickup/Takeout only! There will be a limited number of pizzas available for each pickup time, and we will update the post when pickup times are sold out! Orders will be confirmed/processed in batches a in the order that they are received. Please be patient!
All pizzas are made with our fresh 36hr fermented sourdough pizza dough, or fresh glutenfree sourdough pizza dough. Pricing is for a regular 14” sourdough pizza, or a 12” glutenfree sourdough pizza. All sauces are made in-house from scratch with top quality ingredients. We use the best quality toppings we can find, and local when possible.
To order send us a message, in your message provide the following information:
- what you would like to order, please specify if you would like the glutenfree option. Sorry no substitutions.
- Your preferred pickup time. Pickup times are: 5pm (SOLD OUT), 5:45pm (SOLD OUT), 6:30pm (SOLD OUT!), 7:15pm (SOLD OUT)
- Second choice of pickup time in case your first choice is sold out
- Your preferred method of payment. Pre-Payment can be made by etransfer in advance to [email protected] or we can take cash on pickup at the bakery. Please do not etransfer until we have confirmed your order!
