Hey I made some cutie wall hangings. They’re pretty much coasters except on the back there’s a hook. Makes me think I should put some felt on the back. But do we use coasters anymore? I for one have had them as table accessories but have never really made the active connection between drinking vessels and coasters. I just wipe with Murphy’s oil soap and I feel good about my table care. The main question is, do you need your wall hangings to also be coasters? It’s all serious talk here.

I met a person who called themselves a hobby parent because they just had one child and I thought that was funny. I have two kids and after they fight I force them to say one thing they genuinely like about each other. Being ‘funny’, or ‘kind’ are the two most common responses. Before I had any kids I was a teacher and when I was pregnant one of my students told me that the child would steal my energy and make me into a raisin. I now know this to be true. My pots are siblings and they are talking to each other.

Hey friends! I know that when I started shipping pots out to shops I found it stressful and it took me a bit to feel like I nailed it. Here is what I do now. I try to be as cost effective as I can for my retailers. (And put as many pots in a box as will safety arrive). I swear by Canada Post and you should too. If you have any questions about this stuff feel free to reach out. I have the shipping confidence now.

Can’t describe how much it means to me to be able to come out of the woods and hang out with the best people for a weekend twice a year.
