in Edmonton. Shiny and chewy on the outside, light and tender on the inside, they are uniquely satisfying. All 15 varieties of bagels and mini-bagels are preservative-free, low in saturated fat, trans fat-free and contain no nuts, eggs or animal fats. Whole grain and multi-grain are high in fibre. Pamela's cream cheeses are made with all natural light cream cheese and come in eight unique flavours, including her famous Cheddar & Five Peppers and Saskatoon berry. Their fresh products are available at their bakery in Sherwood Park from Tuesday to Friday and at Old Strathcona Farmers Market in Edmonton on Saturdays from 8am - 3pm. Also sold at Planet Organic Market stores, Blush Lane Organic Market and Earth General Store. Their first location, Bagelatté, was a coffee shop and bakery on Baseline Road in Sherwood Park. In 2007 they decided to focus strictly on making bagels, moved to Maplewood Plaza on Brentwood Boulevard and renamed the business Hendrickson Bagels.
