*Please note that I am a mom, not a professional chef, I thought I would try to create some extra income while still staying at home for my 3 boys, therefore the pies I bake are prepared in a kitchen that is not inspected by a regulatory authority, just so you know.

🇦🇺 When I lived in Australia people would ask what I missed about home…it was blackberry pie!! ☺️

It’s the ultimate Canadian combo when paired with vanilla ice cream!!

Pick up anytime! I baked them last night and they are ready to go in the pie station fridge, you must claim one before coming to pick up as there are only 9 available!

🍋 Just a reminder that I am baking tomorrow! Let me know if you’d like a lemon meringue pie, that as always is the most popular! Or Rhubarb or Strawberry Rhubarb!

🍏 I have 5 frozen apple pies left out of the 16 I baked on Monday 😍 what’s awesome about them being vacuum sealed and frozen is that they are perfect to put in your cooler to take camping, which helps keep everything cool 🥶 but it will be defrosted perfectly for a nice dessert by Saturday or Sunday! I know from years of camping with my kiddos! ⛺️

⭐️ Frozen pies can be picked up anytime!

🍋 Pie Day Friday! Let me know if you want me to bake a pie for you! I’m already making Lemon Meringue and Strawberry Rhubarb pies but if you’re craving something else let me know! $30 pick up after 2:00 or leave in the fridge till you can pick up!

🐟 I have some frozen individual salmon chowder pies $12 in the freezer! But have sold out of everything else frozen.

🚙 I’m away next week so won’t be baking again for a couple weeks.

😵‍💫 now to hypnotize you with my mixers, look straight into the meringue…buy a lemon meringue…lol

Turkey Pot Pies are frozen, individual or family size.

Every Friday my Dad would pick me at school lunchtime and take me for soup! One of our favourites was seafood chowder in a bread bowl in a little cafe in Esquimalt.

In his honour, I present to you The Stanley Pie! a salmon chowder in a delicious butter pastry!

Salmon, butter, onions, peas, carrots, corn, celery, fish and chicken stock, milk, flour, salt & pepper for the filling. I will never buy farmed salmon. 🧑🏻‍🍳

My Dad loved to fish for salmon, he built, yes he built, a steam engine for his steam boat. What wonderful memories out fishing with him, may he RIP, my sweet Dad, what a wonderful man.

I only have 9 frozen individual pot pies available, $12 each and would love it if you bought them for your Dad. 🥰 edit…sold out, thank you everyone, enjoy!
