Catering! ✨

On Saturday I had the opportunity to cater a friends birthday party and it went off without a hitch! I had such a great time serving my food to people, it’s probably my favourite thing ever.

They ordered:
• Spinach dip with pita chips
• Bruschetta
• Veggie Bread
• Caramelized onion and bacon mini quiches
• Greek Chicken Skewers with Tzatziki
• Mini Sausage Rolls
• Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Ketchup
• Mini Cheesecakes (Salted Caramel, Lemon Crumble, Raspberry Swirl and Oreo)

I was finally able to try a vintage heart cake! It was a Vanilla Chiffon cake with a vanilla stabilized whipped cream icing and raspberries in the filling.

It was little harder to decorate as the whipped cream couldn’t hold its shape as well as buttercream but it was so light and fluffy and delicious. I’d love to make more of these! 😉

Dog Man Comic Cake!

This was a moist chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and a cookie butter filling with a white chocolate ganache drip. And a hand painted fondant “Dog Man” topper. Had so much fun with this one!

Thanksgiving Pie(s) 🥧

Spoiled the family this year with 3 different desserts. We had pumpkin pie with chantilly, chocolate cream pie with chantilly (and a spot without whip for my picky niece) and an oh so decadent pecan pie cheesecake. So delicious!

Back in July I was hired to cater my Auntie and Uncle’s 25th anniversary party and it went wonderfully!

The cheesecakes were Oreo and salted caramel toffee and the cupcakes were Red Velvet and Double Chocolate. The cake was a 9” vanilla chiffon layered with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries and a stabilized whipped cream frosting.

Not pictured is the chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes, veg medley, roasted red pepper hummus, pasta salad and Caesar salad.

Huge thank you to my cousin for trusting me with this special event and to my mom for helping me. It was a blast!

Each tray will have a variation of the following:

⭐️Shortbread Cookies with Eggnog Glaze

$35 for 2 dozen or $65 for 4 dozen 🎅🏼
