Where did that name come from? Baking with my grandma! I don’t ever remember her calling me anything but Cookie! I’m a mom to two incredible boys and married to the most supportive man in the world! I’ve been in business for seven years. It all started when my family lived in Sudbury and I had a Christmas cookie exchange, I thought Gingerbread biscotti would be delicious! We moved to the Sault in
2011 and I became involved in the PTA at my boys school, planning and baking for events.
My menu includes over 15 flavors of soft biscotti‘s, not the traditional hard ones. I also make a variety of yummy scones, delicious cookies, huge stuffed cookies, assorted loaves, mini/baby bundt cakes and fudge! I love trying new recipes to add to my menu! I hope I get the opportunity to bake for you one day. Open for all occasions or no occasion at all!
