Good morning!🍂🍁

This morning we are loving prepping some baking orders! These treat boxes make lovely hostesses gifts for Thanksgiving dinner!

Our sourdough bread shelves are packed with loaves for your holiday dinners! We have and not limited to, some lovely local Rydal Bank pumpkin and local Sage, roasted garlic and olive oil, and a feta oregano! 🍞
They also make for a great stuffing!

Our soup today is Borscht! It has Jardin beets, grandma Viv’s cabbage, and Rydal bank potatoes! 🫜🥬🥔

D&D from 5-8pm!

Good afternoon guys!

Today’s special is called Toad in the Hell! It’s is on our black metal sourdough bagel with two eggs, local pea shoots, red onion, green goblin hot sauce from cabajankitchen , roasted garlic aioli, finished with black salt!

Today is student day! If you present us with your student card today, we will give you 10% off!

A reminder that this upcoming Monday October 12 we will be closed for Thanksgiving.
If there is anything baking you would like for the long weekend approaching we would love to help you out! Just let us know before the week’s end and we will be sure to secure your baking order.
But remember, Saturday we are here from 10-3 for any pick ups!

Good morning everyone!

On this wonderfully cool autumnal day we have the perfect cozy soup to keep you warm and toasty! It’s a local loaded veggie! It includes but is not limited to Rydal Bank carrots, celery, beans, and zucchini!

This weekend is Thanksgiving! We would love to help you prepare for your gatherings! If you’re interested in anything, please give us a ring or come in and chat with us to put in an official order!

A friendly reminder that we will be closed for Thanksgiving on Monday October 12. We will absolutely be here on Saturday from 10-3, for you to pick up all your yummy orders and bread!

Tonight is magic the gathering! Starting at 5pm!

Yay!!

Recently, Kevin had a chance to do a radio interview with Jonathan Pinto for his Northern Nosh segment. Northern Nosh features local eateries, diners, bakeries, and culinary stories across Northern Ontario and Kevin and Jonathan had a chance to discuss all things Stackburger. Black Forest Flavours Jill and Liam White today!!
We have chocolate cupcakes filled with cherry 🍒 filling, vanilla buttercream topped with a maraschino cherry and dark chocolate! Chocolate French macarons with vanilla buttercream and cherry filling!!🤯🍒

Our Sourdough Sandwich Special is our HOME.made hummus and lemon dill mayo, pea shoots, tomato, dill sauerkraut and cheese! This sandwich is finished on the panini for a perfect crunch

Soup of the day is Creamy Tomato Basil

It’s almost time! Outspoken’s Oktoberfest starts at three o’clock!

Here at Home. Bakehouse we have our own booth on the block. The booth will be selling our sourdough b**r bread, made with Outspoken b**r! We also have some yummy Black Forest French macarons and cake cups! We also have some nice hot chocolate and coffee to keep you warm on this cool October day!

And hey! We will be staying open later in the cafe too! So if you’re interested in some yummy specialty drinks, including our delicious Black Forest mocha - we will also be available inside!

We are looking forward to celebrating with you all!

Hey party people!

Today is a beautiful day for an Oktoberfest celebration don’t you think!

Home bakehouse will be apart of the festivities for this afternoon. Tickets on sale at Outspoken Brewery just next door to us. The street is now shut down, but we have parking behind the building and a walkway to access us! So if you need a little lunch and coffee beforehand, we will be here!

We have so many fun Oktoberfest themed drinks and treats! Including this delicious Black Forest Mocha!

Special today is a grilled cheese on HOME. sourdough with pesto mayo, onion, and fresh basil from Harmony & Gareth !

Good morning all!

Today’s special is on our HOME. sourdough focaccia! HOME. Hummus, pesto mayo, feta, local basil from Harmony & Gareth as well as their pea shoots, local peppers, black olives, HOME. sub sauce, local kraut from Cultura Ferments Inc. , finished on the panini!

Our soup today is a red lentil carrot!

We also wanted to let everyone know that we do indeed take non perishable food items as donations and will bring them to the local Salvation Army! If you do bring any in, please let us know and we would love to share with you a HOME. coupon as a thanks for showing our community your love!

Oktoberfest is this weekend and we will be there! Saturday afternoon HOME. bakehouse will have some lovely Oktoberfest themed drinks and treats that we cannot wait for you to try! We are so excited!!

Autumn is such a beautiful season and we are so fortunate to live where we can enjoy all of its glory!!

Today we have a HOME.made Pumpkin Spice sourdough bagel with pumpkin spiced cream cheese~house made

For lunch we have a sourdough Focaccia sandwich! With 2 fried eggs smothered in cheese, tomato and local basil from Harmony & Gareth

Our soup of the day is Potato Leek made with local potatoes and organic leeks from Jardin Farm

We have Sourdough cinnamon buns, sourdough fruit danish and sourdough brownies as well as many many other treats! Stop by and let your nose lead the way through our bakehouse!!
