This week I'm doing my post earl so it gets done!!! I might have to make a change or 2 if I don't get everything done I would like too. But I am hoping to have all of these breads at the market this week. Whole wheat, rye sourdough and rye sourdough with caraway, seed, raisin, lentil rolls and loaves, sweet potato cranberry, almost white, focaccia. The line up for treats will be the usual. We will have the wheat free cookies raisin choc chip and molasses, blue berry banana wheat free muffins, bread pudding with caramel sauce, Saskatoon berry crisp, sour cherry scones, oatcakes, eatmores and I hope to have rhubarb apple squares!!! I tried them at a friends and they rocked. Time permitting I'll give them a go!!! And for those who have been asking, I will have the rice rolls and loaves next week. Have a great week everyone and I will see you at the market on the week end!!! I will post quite late Friday if the line up as any flaws

Wow! Just realized I didn't publish my post for last week. Took me forever to figure out how to make a draft I could post later.... Then forgot the later! I do struggle with technology! Will figure out how too get this done right yet!!! Please stay tooned☺️🤔🙄😘

Hello again everyone! I am back to posting the line up of product for each. I apologize for my absence from my page. In the future I will do my best to stay on top of it.
I had a fantastic weekend away at Ness!!! I enjoy this festival so much. It is a complete experience. I saw a lot of you up there and hope to see you at the market this week end for our splendid Saskatoon berry Festival! In loo of the occasion we are bringing a Saskatoon berry bread, Saskatoon berry crisp, Saskatoon berry scones, banana and Saskatoon berry muffins, a honey Saskatoon berry twist and last but not least a Saskatoon berry bread pudding with caramel sauce.
The rest of the line up looks like this Breads: lentil rolls, lentil loaves, rice rolls, seed, barley sourdough, honey oat, almost white and focaccia. Treats: wheat free cookies- oatmeal raisin, oatmeal chocolate chip and old fashion molasses, eatmore squares and if all goes we'll have blondies too!!! We hope you'll come on down and join in the fun! See you this week end!

Hello all and a very Happy Holiday from us to all of you! We are at the market this week end and then we will be gone for a couple of weeks. There is a large variety of sampling going on in the kitchen again this Saturday. If you missed it last week come on down and check it out this week. I will be sampling my sweet potato cranberry bread stuffed with an Asiago artichoke and spinach dip as well as a roasted garlic with a jalapeño whipped cream and cottage cheese dip. Other goodies will be available too. We will have for our breads the first two I mentioned and lentil and rice rolls with both done in loaves too. Barley sourdough, seed and whole wheat. I will be brining a few butter tarts and apple crisp and a raspberry, saskatoonberry and rhubarb crisp. I will have oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip cookies our oatcakes and time willing cinnamon buns. Hope to see you all there taking in the festive shopping and good eats!

I look forward to seeing all of the crazy costumes tomorrow at the market. Bring out the trick and treaters to see me and all the other venders. Treats for all! A quick run down on what we have at the market tomorrow. Breads: pumpkin black pepper corn, lentil folks, lentil loaves, rye sourdough, flax, whole wheat, raisin, cranberry sweet potato and focaccia. Treats: oatmeal raisin cookies, oatmeal chocolate chip, crab apple or maple pear crisps, raspberry lemon scones and my new bread pudding with crab apples smothered in homemade caramel sauce.... Mmmmm. Have a great night!
