Flax and Mustard Seed bread!

This is one of those breads that makes you stop and say "wow" - the combo of flax and mustard seeds creates this amazing nutty, tangy flavour that you won't find anywhere else. The crust has that perfect chewy bite, and when you tear it open, you'll find a soft, delicate inside dotted with seeds throughout.

Makes incredible sandwiches, but honestly, it's so good you might just want to eat it on its own with a bit of butter.
