Well gang, things are slow moving here to say the least. This is jury has left me literally stuck in bed, with minimal walks around my house exhausting me. I am not a lay in bed kinda gal, this drives me crazy!! But researching lots of new recipes i want to try once I can stand at the counter for more than 5-10 minutes.

Spudnut update!!
Due to accident that required ambulance ride and ER visit yesterday, I will be unable to make spudnuts this weekend as planned. I will be contacting those who have ordered in next day or so and refunding those who have prepaid.

Well if you don't already know I am a little over the top with Christmas. Last year I decided to do something quite different and tied my baking into my xmas display. I focused on gingerbread specifically. Well be prepared for this coming season as I have definitely "upped" the game 🤪 Been working on a bigger display, still focused on gingerbread. Next round of spudnuts are Saturday 21st and Sunday 23rd. Friday is sold out with a large custom order already.

Fruitcake lovers, it has begun!! My 1st round of loaded fruitcake is soaking up the rum for tomorrow's baking! Full of raisins, currants, cranberries, cherries, dates, candied peel, almonds and walnuts. Each loaf is over 2pounds!! Deadline to order is Sept 1st!!
