“No one is going to pay those prices.”

Turns out, a lot of people do value quality and supporting small businesses. People will pay for something made with love, premium ingredients, and real passion. When you pour your heart into what you do, the right people will find you and support you. And I will be forever grateful for it🫶🏼

I took a huge risk at yesterday’s market.

I found myself second guessing whether I should stick to what I usually bring or triple the quantity.

Why did I decide to take that risk? To be completely honest, I feel disappointed when people come to support me and I have little left on the table, or I am sold out of the flavor they came for. I never want anyone to leave empty handed.

I also reminded myself that I am not chasing a sell-out, because you can never predict how a market day will go.
And more importantly, it’s not just about selling out, it’s about the meaningful connections you build with fellow vendors and with everyone who takes the time to stop by your booth.

Did I sell out? No, I didn’t, and to me, that is still a win. Even though I brought cookies home, I had the opportunity to meet both new and familiar faces who were able to try our cookies.

Every market teaches me something new, and yesterday reminded me to trust the process and trust myself. I am so grateful for every single person who stopped by, shared a kind word, or supported my small business. Your support allows me to continue doing what I love most. I am already looking forward to seeing you all at the next one, with even more delicious flavors to share.💖
