happy valentines day! ♡
as you receive your special treats today, wanted to share tips on how to ensure your macarons are at their absolute best 🥰

1. if not served right away, please store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

2. please allow to thaw 20-30 minutes at room temperature before serving again to maintain its chewy texture

3. handle with care as they are a meringue based cookie, so their shells are very delicate ☺️

4. enjoy! ♡

macarons can be kept fresh for a maximum of 1.5-2 weeks when cared for properly. i hope you all enjoy your treats! 🥰💝

WHATS UP? HOWS EVERYONE DOING? I would love to hear 💖
i took a 2+ year hiatus back during the end of 2021- i was going through a lot in my personal life that took a toll on me, and i had decided to take time and live for myself. during this time, i had lived in california, experienced life in ways i hadnt before, i cried so hard i wanted to give up, but I laughed, smiled, and also found sunshine in the midst of it all. I tried so many new food that shook my world, met amazing new people, travelled to Hawaii, Vegas, Philippines, Korea, and Maldives! I am now back in Saskatoon for a while. I’ve been baking again, and would love to share my passions once more, along with new ideas.

I’d love to hear what’s new with everyone, or even if you just want someone to talk to. I’m happy to be back.

thanksgiving is coming up… but more importantly my favorite month is here with my favourite holiday 👻🎃☠️🙀

I got an ITCH for some fall flavessss for this month!! 🤔 watch out for my stories for an update, and for the meantime, check our retail locations for stock!

I’ve been busy with life and school and have *evidently* slowed down for those who have been around since last year. I am still taking orders when I have extra time, message me and I’ll see what I can work out! I am pretty busy for October, but november has some room :)

💙 since we’re here, i am open to accepting custom orders still, however, i will be accepting just a handful of orders until november. i will still be stocking our retail locations, but if you are needing macs/mac cakes for an event, send me a message asap 💌!

NEW RETAILER: 🤍! The cutest store with items from local producers. I swear, the moment I stepped in, everything smelled sooooo good and made me hungry!!! 🤤 they are right around the corner to and - hit your sweets trifecta! 😍

I will be stocking less boxes, but more frequently to ensure freshness. Check out this list for where you can get a box on the go 🤍 as always, feel free to message me as well as I still accept orders personally!

A client asked me to make a macaron number cake, I couldn’t say no! The size of this was around 8x10 inches, so she was a big one!
