We pride ourselves here at Junior Baker, on making custom orders for you. We do our very best to accommodate all allergens, but sometimes may need a few weeks to create recipes. We are a peanut free facility...however we do not guarantee that our front counters and door handles etc...are uncontaminated. If you would like to place a custom order, you can email, phone, or use FB.

Office day is needed to catch up on all the questions, quotes for cakes, and phone messages.
Yikes, we didnt get to the phones much last week, apologies to all those we missed.

To place an order, we request a months notice for cake and cupcake orders, a week for bread, buns and bagels, and at least 2 weeks for small, simple cake orders. We hate to say no, and we try really hard to accept every order that comes in, but we are having trouble keeping up with all the last minute requests.

To alleviate this, you can now email us with your family's birthday info and we will contact you one month prior to book your cakes.
We will need their date of birth and name, along with your name and contact info. We are really good at keeping surprises. Just let us know if we need to. 😉

Just freakin WOW!!

The before and after pictures of a job done extremely well by Russell of Parliament Prowash.
About 2 weeks ago I reached out to you guys on FB, looking for someone to clean up the graffiti on our building. We had a few great people reach out,
but Russell messaged right away, came by to have a look, told me he'd be back asap. He was, he did an amazing job. And I would call him back to do it again, if it ever happens again. Here's hoping we wont need him again but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
Eager to work, hardworking, and definitely determined to do a great job.

May is Celiac Awareness month.

Junior Baker is a dedicated gluten free/ wheat free bakery. We bake custom orders to suit other dietary options as well.

Just curious, how many of you knew we ONLY bake gluten free? Seems like everyday we have people, regular customers even, telling us they didn't know we ONLY made gluten free baked goods.
How long have you known?
And does anyone recall WHEN we switched the bakery over from a soup and sandwich Cafe to a dedicated gluten free bakery?

Do you have any good advice for those living the gluten free life?

Any favorite places to eat?

Any gluten free options that you just cant love without? And where do you find them?

Let's help everyone out with where there are gluten free options. There are so many newly diagnosed out there, struggling.

Got to meet lots of great doctors, and research students. And lots of newly diagnosed celiac patients. A wonderful informative event put on by London Health Sciences Centre.
