Hello Spring! 🌱

We will be back for weekends in May starting May 2.
Beverages and baked goods only. No prepared food yet.

Our kitchen will open May 30, and we will be there for you every day then until the end of September.

Dinner service will be available in July and August.

We can't quite believe it yet that our hibernation is over...
See you soon.

In Germany, we call the days between Christmas and New Year's 'in between the years'.
It's kind of a no man's land, a black hole in time...

So we thought it fitting to look back a bit before we look forward again...

Have you ever wondered how Black & White - Cafe and Bistro came to be?!

It's a bit of a long story, so we've put it into pictures for you.
More easily to digest while you are still digesting all those Christmas cookies too. 😆

Well, it all began with a dream and a cake...

And yes, we are Fritz Foods Inc. which also consists of Fritz Chocolates and The Gallery - Coffee House & Bistro.
Named after us, Mike & Jessica Fritz. Duh. 💕

P.S. The original idea to this post was Story Thorburn Creative.
It only took me many years to bring it onto paper aka into the virtual world.
