I have been a baker of sweets ever since I can remember (elementary school). For years I had baked for Christmas gifting treats to friends, neighbours and co-workers. My husband Leonard,

has been in the baking industry for his whole life and his family are as well. He started with Tim Horton's as a baker, then switched to work in his uncles bakery, then went back to Tim Horton's as a baker until their system changed. At that time he became the Maintenance Man. Our roles with baking are:
Leonard makes Bread from scratch in large batches (we only eat his bread ) and Rolls are made from the recipe. It took him about 4 months to find the best large batch recipe to use. Even when frozen and taken out and used, the bread is still oven fresh every time. Tanya (myself), make all the cakes from scratch from the batter to frostings. I have some recipes that I have been using for years and others I am still testing. If I am not happy with your cake once cooked I keep baking until I am. I will only provide you with the best! This is new territory for me in baking. So each and every order will be calculated individually as per the clients wants. About Us:

We have combined together 6 Adult Kids and 7 Grandchild with an 8th on it's way. Then we have a 7 year old Daughter which takes great pride in being a young Aunt to all 7 Niece's and Nephew's that are all older than her. They are her "KIds"
