I want to offer a "Thanksgiving box" for pickup next week on Thursday night. Most likely just squares as they are easy on my hands!

Today I prep some squares to see what I want to put in the box!

First up, Cinnamon Roll Blondies! My apartment smells heavenly!!

A special little girl will be handing out seashell cookie goodie bags to her friends next weekend!

Today I prepare the packaging and the end of next week I'll bake them all!

I made her cupcakes just before my surgery and they are packaged in an air tight container in the freezer. Frozen while they were still a little warm to lock in the moisture! They will taste as if I just baked them the day before the party.

Carpal tunnel surgery for my other hand is complete!!

Now I recover and think of all the Halloween boxes I want to make for this upcoming holiday!!

I'll be back taking orders in a few weeks.

Extra cake scraps means you MUST make a trifle.

I don't make the rules.

Chocolate cake, fresh made whipped cream, fresh strawberries and freeze dried for decoration!

Can't wait for dinner tonight!!

Not everyone gets asked if my cupcakes are ok for their order. You get what you get!

BUT, this was for a very very special little girl so I had to make sure they were Mummy approved!

And since I was lucky enough to be at the party, a lot of the adults told me they loved them too!
