🧈 Forty Creek Butterscotch: Brioche coated in a boiled dark molasses and local forty creek wh**ky butterscotch glaze, loaded with warm butter roasted pecans and flakey seasalt.
🍁Maple Biscuit: Riche brioche dipped in a pure dark maple syrup brown butter glaze, coated in a buttery house-baked toasted oat and cinnamon shortbread crumb.
🍫 Midnight Pumpkin: Fluffy pumpkin infused brioche dipped in a velvety dark Belgian chocolate and riche espresso ganache.
🍎 Orchard & Old Cheddar: C***r roasted Honeycrisp apples tucked into our golden brioche, finished with a bright apple c***r glaze and crunchy, savoury aged cheddar crumb.
🥮 Autumn Spice Bun: A light pillowy pumpkin brioche bun wrapped with aromatic fall spices and topped with a rich brown butter brown sugar glaze and toasted peppitas.
🏵️The Harvest Fig: A dual core filled brioche with balsamic and rosemary roasted figs on one side and whipped goat cheese cream on the other. Brushed with wildflower honey and crowned with toasted pine nuts.
☕️ Smokey Vanilla Chai: Chai-steeped brioche dipped in a dark muscovado sugar and smoked vanilla glaze, finished with a dusting of freshly ground cardamom sugar and smoked Maldon sea salt.
