We used to make this pasta salad when our son was little then...we had to eat glutenfree. I don't care what some people say but I think the shape of the pasta matters. It also matters if it can be served aldente, reheated in a frying pan or microwave. This recipe demonstrates that good quality gf noodles exsist and are good enough for pasta salad!

Soooo, we are having a short notice roadtrip...tight schedule not the time or place to be searching for food. Plus I am traveling with two men. My Man, who goes above and beyond to make sure I am not contaminated ( because he has lived with me and seen the reality and consequences) Man #2 Does'nt believe in Gluten Free (eventhough evidence suggests that it is most likely his genes that made me this way)
