The kitchen and bakery at The Cackling Goose Market produces a wide range of fresh baked goods in a dedicated Gluten-Free and Vegetarian facility. Using this as a starting point we have developed a unique menu that caters to any food lover regardless of dietary restrictions. More than this however, The Cackling Goose Market is a shop focusing on Specialty Foods including wide range of Culinary Herbs & Spices, Fair Trade Organic Coffee & Tea, Local & International Foods, high quality natural Vitamins & Supplements, earth and family friendly Household & Body Products, and Unique Gifts. Dorchester Fire & Rescue

Dorchester Fire and Rescue is a fully volunteer department and is one of 3 departments in Tantramar. Dorchester is anxiously awaiting our new hall, which hopefully will be ready for move in before 2027. We will also be accepting delivery of a new truck in 2026. We have also just received permission to use land for the development of a training center in Dorchester.

If we won this contest, we would be using that money towards development and equipment for the new training center. The the training center, at this time, will be funded by fundraising done by the Firefighters. Our Community is amazing and always supports us with their full hearts. We are always humbled by the support we receive.

25th Anniversary of 9/11. We were living and working in Japan in our 20's with a small child. Landline phone rings in the middle of the night...when a midnight call comes through a landline internationally @ this time I knew I was answering a "bad news" from home call..It was my Father wanting us to know New York was under attack!
