Feeling so very very thankful ! My first time being back at the Saanich Peninsula Market this past Saturday and I was so overwhelmed ! I had made 21 assorted pie’s and I sold out in an hour and a half not to mention the butter tarts and date squares which sold out fifteen minutes later. It was so nice to see everyone again and to hear all of the wonderful compliments, and to hear how much I was missed ! I won’t be at the market this Saturday but I will definitely be there October 3rd and the 10th with more of my delicious pie’s and other delicious goodies. And as always I will be taking special orders for all of your holiday pie’s and other goodies.
Thank you so very much again !

Just received this amazing review! Thank you for the kind words!
Cindy.

Hi Cindy,

Wanted to let you know that your pies were an absolute hit. I should have ordered a few more. They went so fast. It was our nieces wedding, she lives in Paris France. She had a lot of ppl come all the way to Lasqueti Island for the wedding and all these French ppl kept raving about the pies, they had never tasted such amazing crust. Many have never had Strawberry Rhubarb either. 🙂
It was wonderful to hear such great compliments for our Canadian desserts.

Tom and I are away in Vancouver for the month of September and I will also be in Ottawa for the first week of October.. When we get back, I will touch base with a couple pie orders, most likely Strawberry Rhubarb and get some
Christmas baking as well..

Hope you are enjoying the last days of summer☀️
