I guarantee this will be one of the best chocolate cakes you've ever had in your life! Perfect moist chocolate cake layered between slightly salted caramel ganache, covered in a layer of dark chocolate ganache, absolutely decadent combination. Not too sweet, so light and airy, no chocolate hangover! 🤤🤎🖤

One of the more expensive cakes to make, ingredient wise, but OH SO WORTH IT!

Fresh raspberries, freeze-dried raspberries, white chocolate, 3 litres of whipped cream, 2 whole vanilla bean pods and my signature vanilla bean sponge cake (this size contains 14 eggs alone)! Takes 3 days to come together but it was literally the most perfect dessert!

This beauty was a vanilla bean funfetti sponge with cotton candy ganache and finished with chantilly cream.

I never fill or cover my cakes with buttercream.

Creams and ganache cakes are so much more decadent!

Delicate sponge cake needs delicate fillings and frostings! These cupcakes are filled with vanilla and chocolate creams and topped with chocolate ganache. Sure it's more time consuming and more expensive but the taste and quality is far superior to your regular buttercream cupcakes. Once you go ganache you never go back!
