Have you tried my carrot cake? It’s moist, perfectly spiced, and loaded with raisins, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and crushed pineapple. It’s topped with a thin layer of vanilla buttercream and toasted coconut. You’d never guess it was gluten free. I have it at every market. 🥕

Hey Everyone!! I will be set up at Langford Station tomorrow (Friday) from 4:00pm-9:00pm. This is my only Langford date until October.

I kept forgetting to take pics but I have lots of treats with many dairy free and vegan options.

If you LOVED the Merry Mingle cookies at Christmas you’ll be happy to know they’re making a spooky appearance tomorrow as Monster Mash cookies. 😋 (not df or vegan, sorry)

Hi Everyone! Tomorrow I will be set up at Langford Station from 11-4 with sooo many treats! As always, I have tons of dairy free options and 6 vegan options. There are only 3 items with dairy and eggs (s’mores cookies, caramel slice (no egg), and quinoa fudge bars).

It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day! Come hungry because in addition to me The Trotter Bakes, Churros & Mor, and Macondo Columbian will be there. Gluten free heaven!

Happy Birthday to my dad!!! Chocolate cake filled with chocolate whipped cream and finished in chocolate buttercream.

Vintage cakes were becoming popular around the time my husband passed, so I never got to make any. Almost 2 years later and they are still popular, so I thought I’d try my hand. It’s actually not too bad!! 😅
