Did you know you don’t have to wait for a bake day to place an order?

Today I made some cookies for a customer, just because they reached out and asked 🙂

And it’s not just sourdough! If you’re craving soft white buns, gooey brownies, or even a homemade pie… there’s a good chance I can make it happen.

Heck…maybe even some freeze dried candy too 🫣

As many of you know, my little bakery has been built around my time at home with my kids. This week is a big change for our family, both of my kids are officially in daycare, and I’ve accepted a job that I’ll be starting next week!

Because of that, weekly bake days will be coming to an end for now.

That being said, Prairie Mountain Pantry isn’t going anywhere. I absolutely love baking and sharing it with all of you, so you can still expect the occasional weekend bake, holiday baking, and the odd day-off bake day when I have the time.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support this little business has received. It has meant so much to me to see people enjoy what I love to make.

So while things may slow down a bit, Prairie Mountain Pantry will still pop up from time to time.

There’s something extra cozy about baking when the world outside is covered in fresh snow. The house is warm, the kitchen smells amazing, and everything just feels a little slower.
