When Brett doesn’t take out the tree for his big brother😂, a snippet from Dannie’s race yesterday.
But seriously not a sport for the faint of heart, flying through the trees (and most of them don’t move lol), up and down hills, ducking trees, mud, sand, rocks, through the river, over obstacles, sharp turns and all the while looking out for your fellow riders❤️

What an amazing weekend at the races! So nice to be close to home, the most amazing scenery, weather was amazing couldn’t ask for a better weekend! Hope some of you were able to get to see the races! Plus helped Lindsay aka Dex’s mom Lindsay Eunice celebrate her “28th😉”birthday! 🎂🥳

We will be CLOSED the week of August 23 in order to finish up collecting this beautiful golden sweetness and get the fall work started to help the girls prepare for winter. Will be back Sept 1st.

So this is how I am spending my long weekend!🐝❤️
This year has been an amazing honey flow so far! Straining honey through a fine cheesecloth material to start creaming it, no filtering done here!
Anyone interested in liquid honey before I start creaming it? Just remember both are pure 100% honey. The liquid honey will naturally granulate more than likely gritty, the creamed is a controlled fine granulation. Both are unpasteurized, nothing is added, I am just controlling the granulation process with the creamed.
I will only package the liquid honey for a limited time and only as ordered. Must be picked up at The Honey House Bakery during business hours. Available in 500g, 1kg, 3kg and 5kg containers. Comment or text 204-724-6974 to place your order🐝

Finally a nice enough day to go to my happy place! Girl are taking full advantage of a half decent day, pollen jockettes are collecting like crazy!
