Yesterday was a busy day doing paperwork and detailing what has to be done in preparation for opening! I never quite realized what all the ins and outs are for opening a bakery!
But, with that being said, it’s getting done. Slowly but it’s getting done
Here are some of the things I need to have done this far
Water test for the bakery
Mini home building inspection
Inspection from the fire chief for capacity (how many customers I can have visiting me)
Finally a trip to Halifax for a couple of big items to help me with my bakery!

I am excited to announce to everyone that im preparing to open my bakery, finally! My last day at the Elm tree is Monday so I’ll be getting a lot of business done starting Tuesday!
It’s been a crazy, sad and endless process the last few years. All my efforts were brought down in some way or another, (1 step forward and 3 steps back ) But with so many wonderful people encouraging me, I’m making another attempt. Thank you to so many people in my life for the encouragement. I will keep everyone posted and updates will be sent as much as I am able to!
