We keep getting inquiries about gluten free products. I really appreciate us being asked if we could make gluten free things. My answer unfortunately is NO. We are and always will be an all natural bakery. Meaning zero preservatives, no conditioners, no additives whatsoever. Making any gluten free products would involve all of those things, goes against everything I stand for, and is extremely unhealthy. As much as I appreciate the inquiries, I can’t do it.

So I’ve been playing with a thought. But I thought I would consult with my crowd here first. German cuisine to go? Schnitzel, Rouladen, etc. It would be order and pick up at my store. No sit down restaurant What do you guys think?

Very proud of this hardworking beauty! Sad part is she won’t be able to help out in the bakery much anymore, on the other hand, if you are looking for the best cup of coffee on this planet, she’s set up every day at the sylvan lake movie theatre from 6am to 2pm.

Pineapple Fritters are fresh out of the fryer. Huge, HUGE Pineapple fritters!!
Also I’m not sure if I ever mentioned this, but all of our fritters are always made out of sourdough. And that promotes gut health. So these things might taste super delicious, but they’re actually a fairly healthy choice.

Feeling a bit under the weather and it’s kinda getting worse by the minute here. So I think we are gonna shut down a bit earlier today and lay down for a while. Sorry if that causes any inconvenience and we will see you all tomorrow fit as a fiddle.
