Well, its been a minute since my last bake but here it is! This vanilla three layer cake is filled with a homemade caramel sauce, rolos and chocolate covered pretzels. Iced with swiss meringue buttercream and coloured using blue butterfly pea flowers. Cake pops were made using the scraps by my 4 and 6 year old! Bakers in the making.

Latest creation! I always forget how tricky fondant and ganache can be but love the challenge. Its a three layer lemon cake filled with swiss meringue buttercream and covered with lindt white chocolate ganache.

Check out this three layer maple spice cake iced and filled with brown butter/brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream and candied bacon. Dripped with a maple glaze and topped with a crystallized maple syrup crumble! Mmmmmm!

This larger than life cake is sure to bring out the rocker in anyone! Happy 11th birthday! Chocolate two layer cake with a vanilla oreo chunk filling. Covered in chocolate ganache and draped with fondant.

Got to make this one for my son's 4th birthday! I think all the kids loved it! It was a chocolate cake with a layer of dulce de leche and chunks of caramel coated cookies, covered in milk chocolate salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream and topped with mini twix and edible rocks.

Love it when a customer gives me complete creative freedom! It's a three layer chocolate coffee cake filled with dulce de leche and whole salted peanuts. Covered with a milk chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.
