People often ask me what’s your favourite thing to bake? It’s always hard for me answer that because I do love baking everything.
If I have to choose top three then it would be

1. I love working with different fillings and toppings. Baking and cooking is a skill but also it requires you to develop an insight on how to work with different ingredients and flavours. It’s regardless of what you are baking.

2. I love making pies and Galettes. I just love a good crust with flavourful filling especially in summer.

3. Cinnamon Buns.. this is the one product I am so proud of. They grew and improved overtime just like their baker. I am so proud of them and they are the best.
( 4th would be chocolate 🍫because it really challenging, working with it makes you humble)

Hello Fam, I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to update on some personal stuff.

I recently started going back to work, it’s been long time coming. I am slowly getting use to the new routine. It’s challenging but I am moving forward in the right direction.

It has taken so much consistent work to be able to do that. Past 2.5 years have been life changing in so many ways. Sometimes you have to through rough times to find the beauty in life itself. I have grown so much in terms of my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

I hope moving forward I can live with purpose and intention. I will continue to show up and hope I can serve this community better.
