Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen watching her bake. She passed away in 2020 and baking has been a way to stay connected to her ever since. I am now inspired to use her traditional recipes and give them a modern twist. I love taking the unique things about someone or their special day and turning them into delicious desserts they can enjoy. Baking has become a form of creative expression for me.
