Since we have to travel, cake felt risky… so red velvet cookies it was. And wow — these are ridiculously delicious. Rich chocolatey flavour, soft centers, little white chocolate pockets of happiness. ❤️🍪

Now I’m sitting here wondering why cream cheese chips aren’t a standard grocery item yet. Because that would take these straight into dangerous territory. 🤔
