Cookies meet cheesecake! 🍋🍼

This week’s experiment combined two favourite desserts into one decadent treat. One topped with bright, tangy lemon curd and fresh raspberries, the other with salted caramel swirled into a creamy cheesecake topping.

The verdict? The lemon was perfection—fresh, balanced, and not overly sweet. The salted caramel version was delicious, but a little too sweet for my taste. If I had to choose, lemon wins this round! What’s your pick??

Since we have to travel, cake felt risky
 so red velvet cookies it was. And wow — these are ridiculously delicious. Rich chocolatey flavour, soft centers, little white chocolate pockets of happiness. ❀đŸȘ
