Meet the Pumpkin Scroll, our Thanksgiving long weekend special.

Our soft cinnamon scroll, layered with pumpkin purée, finished with frosting, then piled high with nutmeg crumble and roasted kabocha pumpkin chunks.

Baked fresh this morning and available Saturday, Sunday and Monday only. Once the long weekend is over, so is this one.

Grab yours before the pan is empty. 🍂

We chose macarons because they seemed like a challenge. 😅

And they were. We think it took over a month just to get the shells right. We thought our home oven might be the problem, so we ordered another one. It arrived with the wrong electrical connection. When we sent it back, it was damaged, and we ended up paying for the damage. 🥲

It still feels a little unreal that those first batches brought us here. We're so grateful to everyone who gave us a chance along the way. 🤍
