We just completed our 4 month trial to see how well our cookies hold up in the freezer... and we could not be any more satisfied! We had 14 people taste them (none of which are affiliated with us) for free without telling them that they were frozen for 4 months.
According to one man, who's a cookie connoisseur, when he tasted our Glamorously Glazed (now called Chocolate Coated Oatmeal) he couldn't contain himself and shouted: "F*** me!" so loud that it startled the people around him. According to him it was so good that he saved half of it for his wife, and she devoured it. He came back the next day and wanted to try all of our other cookies.
He probably ate about 17 cookies, and according to him: "Your cookies aren't just delicious, they're f@*%!ing delicious!" He later brought more to his wife and made sure that we knew that they were for his wife and that he's not going to eat them. 😂 Good luck to you sir.
The other 13 people were similarly enamored: they left with the samples and all came back to tell us how good they were— most of them even saying they were the best cookies they've ever had!
Keeping in mind that these people eat about everything and that our cookies are made with healthier ingredients and no ultra-processing, this is a huge compliment. I don't think most of them had any idea that they were better for them lol — because they sure don't taste like it!
We then disclosed the age of the cookies and that they had been frozen, but they didn't care! By the end of the day the ~8 containers of cookies we brought in had been emptied, and when we brought some more (we used a lot in the experiment) they were yet again emptied, albeit faster.
Thank you everyone who participated! We would love to put your names here, but we don't have your permission; we wouldn't expose fellow cookie bingers any day!
And no, we DON'T SELL frozen cookies! But it just stands to prove that are cookies are delicious through and through, and that our customers can buy our cookies for cheaper in bulk because they freeze so well!
