MACCALLUM SHORTBREAD IS BACK!

I hope everyone had a fantastic festive period, I took some time off from baking so I could make the most of the holidays with my amazing family and friends!

Thank you so much to everyone who bought any shortbread on the run up to Christmas; between the market, The Den, Tiny Treats, and people reaching out for private orders, it was exciting and gratifying to be so busy!

I'll be delivering to The Den today for my first drop-off of the year, with Tiny Treats to follow once they reopen!

I'm also excited to announce that there is a little extra purpose and motivation behind me this year - my wonderful girlfriend Amy is taking an incredible step by beginning medical testing to see if she can donate a kidney to her amazing Mom, Bonnie, who has been on home dialysis for the last 18 years. If they are not a direct match, then they will both join the pairing program, meaning they will find a kidney donor match for Bonnie and Amy will donate to someone else in need.
There are a lot of costs involved in this process, as you can imagine, so Amy has started a GoFundMe, where she has shared her Mom's story and can of course receive donations.
This provides me with an opportunity to not only make ongoing donations through baking, but to also share Bonnie's story.

After the response to the free samples at The Den last week, I'm officially launching the new Orange & Cranberry flavour shortbread at the Quesnel Winter Holiday Market this weekend!

Come find me alongside Firefly Meadows Farm and be among the first to get your hands on the latest creation!

I will also be running the Orange & Cranberry flavour at The Den by Moonshine Coffee Roasters and Tiny Treats for a limited time over the holiday season, beginning with next week's Wednesday drop-offs!

I'll be at the Winter Holiday Market this Saturday at The Rec Centre, alongside Firefly Meadows Farm! Paula has been kind enough to offer me some space at her stall for the day, and I'm excited for us to team up again!

I'll also be officially launching the NEW Orange & Cranberry flavour at this market, so come and find us if you want to give it a try! It seems to be quite a hit already👌

Classic, Caramel and Lemon flavours will also be available, and I'll be selling special selection boxes to you can enjoy all 4 kinds!
