All of our "sweets" are on the lower end of sweet, using organic sugar and healthier alternatives (monk fruit) its about flavor and nutrition. The loaves you find here are non gmo, full of great organic ingredients . We have worked hard to produce breads familiar in texture and taste to what we knew. baguettes, sandwich loaves, seed loaves, cheese bread, mock rye loaves and buns, and more! Everything we bake is not only gluten free and organic, completely dairy free- except any cheese, and buttercream icing. Almost everything contains eggs, farm eggs however, but we are working on a perfect vegan something or other! We have an onsite meat-inspected poultry processing plant to ensure our birds have the best life with only one bad day! The produce we sell is mostly from our garden, weather and seasons permitting, or carefully sourced as local and fresh as we can get!
