My first round of dough wasn’t as light as I wanted it to be, and I wasn’t comfortable selling it as usual.

So test time! I wanted to see how they turned out in my huge pan! I’ve never baked in it before, so we’ll see how these blueberry roll’s come out of the oven 🫶🏼👩‍🍳 I even used a little less sauce to compensate for all the fresh blueberries I used at the bottom

I’m unsure what I’m doing with it all yet, I think I’m planning to bring it to the moose hall tonight so my grandpa can share some goodies with all his friends.
I love how the moose hall is so community based, my Grandpa always has a wonderful time hanging out there every week 🫶🏼🥰

Take #3 on Smoked/Candied Salmon! I marinated in soya sauce/BrownSugar/MapleSyrup. As I’m still learning as I go, I’m still trying to figure out the best way to make candied fish.

I think next time I’ll use less soya sauce and dry it a little less.
I’m still happy with the turnout, this is something that would taste amazing with some crackers and cream cheese to help balance out the Sweet/Salty combo going on 🫶🏼
