What a great day!

Was an absolute blast meeting so many more of yall, I now have an even better idea of what to make more of and less of for Hunniford market October 18th🥰

At my stand at the market this is what you’ll find!

Sourdough:
Jalapeno and cheddar
Garlic and chive
Croissant
Cinnamon swirl
Dill pickle

Focaccia:
Rosemary and cherry tomato

Sourdough dinner rolls!

Brown butter cookies

Pumpkin pie muffins
Apple fritter muffins

Cinnamon buns w/ cream cheese frosting in packs of 2 and 3! (They’re huge)

I spent a total of 22 hours of baking so there is a tonnn of stuff!

I am so thankful to be able to come out today, see you guys and donate some moola to a good cause💚 see you there!

Little sneak peak of what’s going on around here!

An upgrade from the bowls was needed for this market 👀

Bit of a learning curve and prep timing is a bit different than my usual but I’m so excited!

There will not be a stand tomorrow as I will be baking 12+ hours tomorrow in preparation for Sunday❤️

Good morning everyone!

As I plan and prep for the hunniford market I’ve decided that my stand will not be rolled out this Saturday (September 26)! I’ve got a crazy busy week ahead of me before I bake like a crazy woman for a few days straight in order to make as many goodies as I humanely can😂 I’m so so excited for this market and what can come from it and I hope yall understand ❤️

Hello folks! Thankyou so much for yesterday 🥰
I have two announcements for today I’m excited to share with yall❤️

1: On October 4th and October 18th boscos bread will be at the Hunniford market!! I’m so excited to have the chance to be able to go and meet more of you guys🥹

2: At the October 4th market at hunniford I have the opportunity to donate half of my earnings from this market to the Crisis Centre for Northern BC . This centre is a confidential and non-judgmental crisis line to discuss anything troubling you, I’m a huge advocate for mental health and I am looking forward to utilizing boscos for something bigger than myself! Boscos has given me so much confidence, joy and purpose and I’m hoping with that I can throw some more kindness into the world❤️

I chose the crisis centre because I lost my bestfriend wade back in 2019- the kindest, most adventurous, loving human I ever knew aswell as we lost suni- a beautiful girl that gave so much light to the world and it opened my eyes to just how important it is to take care of eachother, love one another and be kind. At this market I plan to prepare approximately 4x the amount I ever have in hopes to donate as much as possible! I hope to see more of your beautiful faces there- this is only possible because of everyone who shows up, shares my line ups and supports me and I cannot thank yall enough for giving me this opportunity❤️
