I’ve learned the science behind fillings in cheesecakes now! These cheesecakes are silky smooth and VERY rich and filling, normally one slice is more than enough for anyone, even the biggest eaters. The process takes 48 hours minimum, so orders need to be placed minimum of 3 days in advance. As usual ill only have so many orders I can take per week 🥰
