Well it may not be the best beach day today...

Do you know what rainy days are great for?
Cozying up inside with a good book or movie, and surrounding yourself with delicious foods to eat!

We are leaning into this wet weekend with all the comfort foods you could wish for...

Butternut Squash Pear Thyme Soup (vegan) will be ready this morning , with nourishing Organic Chicken Bone Broth and our Creamy Organic Chicken Stewie available later this afternoon... (All our soups are GLUTEN-FREE and dairy-free)

Freshly baked Rosemary Olive Breads, Naan, Everything All Day Breads and Lemon Lavender Loaves, if you're lucky they will still be warm when you take them home... (All GLUTEN-FREE and dairy-free, the EAD Bread and Naans are also vegan)

Cozy bevvies and Superfood Tea Lattes, along with our endless selection of sweet treats... and more local Rhubarb Strawberry Tarts have already been made🍓 (Also all GLUTEN-FREE with lots of vegan options - the Tarts are also dairy-free)

And due to several requests we have brought back our High-Protein Organic Grilled Chicken Chickpea Pasta Caesar Salad! (GF/DF)

Our Fragrant Organic Chicken Wild Rice Lentil Veggie Soup is back in our freezer,
and we are making our favourite Moroccan Lentil Soup today to help keep you feeling cozy!

AND since we are open later tonight (until 6:30pm) so you have time to shop after work we are running our FREE Cake Slice Special!
