• By popular request, our sourdough brownies are back! Gooey, rich, and thick—just the way you remember them.

New favorites:
• Oatmeal raisin sourdough cookies
• Bacon and cheddar sourdough scones
• Strawberry lemon sourdough scones

We’ll also have a selection of fresh cookies available.

June specials are almost here 🍓🍪🥓

We’re so excited to introduce a few new sourdough favourites this month:

✨ NEW Oatmeal Raisin Sourdough Cookie
✨ NEW Bacon & Cheddar Sourdough Scones
✨ NEW Strawberry Lemon Scones (a strawberry scone topped with a zesty lemon glaze 🍋)

These June items will be available for pre-order starting THIS Sunday (May 31st) and available at the Trading Post starting next Thursday (June 4th) and throughout the entire month of June!

Pre-orders placed this Sunday will be ready for pick up next Friday and we will have all cookie flavours back on the pre-order form 💛

We’re dropping off a big load of sourdough pizza dough tomorrow morning at the Trading Post! 🍕 Perfect for summer pizza nights or warm weather weekends with family and friends.

We’ve also had a few people ask how we bake our sourdough pizza dough, so here’s our simple method for the perfect crispy crust:

• Flour your hands and work surface
• Stretch your dough onto a pizza pan
• Preheat your oven to 500°F
• Bake the crust first with no sauce or toppings for 5–7 minutes
• Take it out, add your sauce and toppings
• Put it back in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking

And voilà — perfect sourdough pizza at home every time 🍕🔥
