Baker Wanted For Expanding Gluten Free Business

Marcelle’s Kitchen Gluten Free Bakery is a small, hometown bakery with deep roots in the community and a tight knit team of bakers who genuinely enjoy sharing ideas, talking things through, and then executing with care and consistency.
We’re an expanding bakery with an expanding menu, and we welcome thoughtful input and collaboration. At the same time, we already have recipes and systems that work well, so this role suits someone who enjoys contributing ideas while also respecting what’s already in place.
We’re looking for a person who is comfortable baking and cooking in the kitchen and excited to work exclusively gluten free, whether you bring experience or a real interest in learning.
The focus is on savory baked goods, pastries, meat pies, and comfort foods made with pride, attention to detail, and speed.
This position is expected to begin in January 2026, making it a great opportunity for someone planning ahead and looking to settle into a long term role.
Most of all, we’re hoping to find someone looking for a long term bakery home. Someone who wants to commit, grow, and become part of a family style team that values reliability, respect, and doing things well.
