This recognition is because of our amazing community — the regulars, the first-timers, the folks who come in “just looking” and leave with a box. Your support means everything to us.

Huge love to our Queenies crew who pour their hearts into every single shift. And to Port Hope — thank you for choosing local and cheering us on every day. We’re beyond proud to call Port Hope home. 💛

Well Friends…

We did it again. The 14th Annual Queenies Toy Drive is officially wrapped, and once again this community proved that when it comes to generosity, you are always there to step up to the sleigh.

For weeks, Queenies became the official toy headquarters, and somehow you all managed to fill it to the brim (and then some). Time and time again, I watched people walk in saying, “Just dropping off a toy,” and walk out with a giant smile on their face. The stack grew, the smiles overflowed, and our available floor space disappeared at an alarming rate.

This drive works because of you — the donors, volunteers, families, and supporters, and of course my staff, who continue to show up year after year. You made sure kids wake up Christmas morning with something special under the tree, and you did it with big hearts and big laughs.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making year 14 unforgettable. Rest up, stretch out those shopping muscles, and enjoy the calm… because something tells me Queenies will be packed with toys all over again next year. 🎄❤️

Hey Friends!

Quick update on the 2025 14th Annual Queenies Toy Drive!

Wow! Things are looking great! Once again the community is stepping up to the task and delivering. The Queenies Toy Mountain is growing daily!

Don't forget we are also collecting Jammies for Tammies Jammies! A 1 stop shop!

Still lots of time to bring in a toy. We will be accepting toys until December 13th and distribution begins December 15th.

Hey Friends!

You know what time it is… cue the jingling bells, warm up the hot chocolate, and brace yourselves — because the 14th Annual Queenies Toy Drive is officially here! 🎁✨

Every year, this community absolutely blows me away. What started as a small little “hey, maybe we can collect a few toys” idea has turned into a full-scale holiday operation. Over the years, we’ve delivered tens of thousands of toys — yes, TENS OF THOUSANDS — making Christmas morning brighter, happier, and way more magical for so many kids.

At this point, I’m pretty sure Santa’s checking our numbers to stay competitive.

And keeping with tradition… the madness continues:
I will once again be matching every single toy donation 1-for-1.
What does that mean? Simple. If you bring me 5 toys, I’m buying 5 toys. If you drop off 20 toys, I’m marching into the store like a festive lunatic and coming out with 20 more. (This excludes big drop-offs from other toy drives)

And for anyone who hates shopping, gets overwhelmed by toy aisles, or simply doesn’t trust themselves not to buy snacks instead — I’ve got you. You can ask me to shop for you and I’ll take care of it. I’ve basically earned my black belt in “finding cool toys without getting distracted.”

Every year, this community shows up in the biggest way. Your generosity, kindness, and holiday spirit have never once disappointed — in fact, you somehow raise the bar every single time.

So let’s do it again. Let’s make the 14th year the biggest, brightest, toy-mountain-building year yet.

Let’s spread some joy, make some magic, and remind everyone why this community is truly something special.

Can’t wait to see what we accomplish together — you all have hearts bigger than Santa’s toy sack.
