I've been feeling funky lately. One thing that always makes me feel better is baking a batch of cupcakes.

Here's a chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache buttercream. All they need is some cookie crumb on top for some dirt and worms cupcakes.

The kids are devouring theirs. Gluten and nut friendly.

The best part about making gluten-friendly goodies for my family is knowing what ingredients are inside them. I ensure that all my goods are baked as gluten-free and nut-free for personal reasons.

Gluten-free flour takes practice to work with to make the baked goods palatable. One of my go-to blends for a 1-1 baking mix is Bob's Red Mill, especially for cookies, cakes, and cupcakes.

These flours are more expensive than regular flours are, and they come in significantly smaller packaging. I buy my flour in a 1.81kg bag so I always have some in the pantry for cooking or baking.

My stand at has been fully stocked. The gluten friendly goodies will be available to purchase from 10-5 wednesday-monday.

I will not be in baking for at least 10 days due to family requirements, now is the time to get your goodies. They do freeze well as well!
