Hi! We were baking our biscottis yesterday, and took photos of them😆! Thinking it’s a good opportunity for us to make a post to tell everyone more about our biscottis in one post with all the photos. 😁✌️
We started our small family business by making biscottis and tarts in 2022. Since the start, we have been making our biscottis with clean ingredients, no artificial flavours or colourings. Using organic plain flour, organic cane sugar, organic eggs (except for the vegan biscotti) for the biscotti dough. For our vegan biscotti, we use organic coconut oil and organic ground flaxseed as the binding agent.
Biscottis require double baking to achieve their unique texture.
Procedures:
- Roll dough to logs
- Chill overnight
- Bake , leave to cool
- Cut to thin slices
- Bake again in low temperature until completely dried.

Matcha Pistachio Biscotti
- Organic matcha powder + pistachios + white chocolate
Vegan Earl Grey & Nuts Biscotti
- Earl grey tea leaves + Brazil nuts + Hazelnuts
Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti
- 70% dark chocolate + Hazelnuts
Mocha Hazelnut Biscotti
- Coffee + Cocoa powder + 70% Dark Chocolate + Hazelnuts
Cranberry White Chocolate Biscotti
- Cranberries + Almond + White chocolate
