Mel's Jells is all about bringing delicious jellies to your next charcuterie board, breakfast spread, home cooked meal and so much more. Jellies are fantastic for treating yourself, or gifting to someone else. I want to bring some familiar flavours you know and love and unique additions to bring a pleasant surprise. All jellies are home-made using local store-bought ingredients.

- Spiced Pear with Star Anise Jelly (winter spices with licorice notes)
- Strawberry Black Pepper Jelly (a match made in heaven as black pepper enhances the flavour of strawberries, with a touch of peppercorn spice
All jellies have natural ingredients with added liquid pectin. Custom labelling/decorating can be arranged i.e hostess gifts/wedding favours. Please inquire to discuss ideas and cost.
