Mel's Jells Mel's Jells creates unique and flavourful homemade jellies to be enjoyed in everyone's kitchen Some have added food colouring for esthetic only. Please inquire.

Mel's Jells is all about bringing delicious jellies to your next charcuterie board, breakfast spread, home cooked meal and so much more. Jellies are fantastic for treating yourself, or gifting to someone else. I want to bring some familiar flavours you know and love and unique additions to bring a pleasant surprise. All jellies are home-made using local store-bought ingredients.

$5 for 125ml jars


$10 for 250ml jars

Current jellies for purchase:
- Jalapeno Apple Jelly (mild heat)
- Pineapple Habanero Jelly (medium heat where sweet meets heat)
- Spiced Pear with Star Anise Jelly (winter spices with licorice notes)
- Strawberry Black Pepper Jelly (a match made in heaven as black pepper enhances the flavour of strawberries, with a touch of peppercorn spice

All jellies have natural ingredients with added liquid pectin. Custom labelling/decorating can be arranged i.e hostess gifts/wedding favours. Please inquire to discuss ideas and cost. Please message or email with order requests. Pick-up in Port Coquitlam (near Blakeburn Elementary). Local delivery can be arranged for large quantity orders. In-stock orders can be picked up within 2-3 business days. Large quantity/custom orders 1-2 weeks. e-transfer only.

Jelly season is back in session! The first market is coming up on November 2 at Terry Fox Secondary School in Port Coquitlam.

This year I've brought back the 7 delicious jelly flavours!

If you're interested in elevating your charcuterie board, next meal or use in your favourite cocktail/mocktail, I've got you covered. Maybe you'll use a jelly as a spread with your toast, bagel or waffles in the morning, or maybe it's topping your meat at dinner. I have a selection of easy to prepare handcrafted cocktails providing an opportunity to use jelly in a drink and with ingredients that you likely already have at home, or are easily accessible.

What a fun day yesterday! Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello and try some new (or oldies but goodies) flavours of jellies! It makes me happy to see those willing to try a unique flavour combination than what they're used to seeing!

Sadly I won't be at any more markets before Christmas, but that doesn't mean you can't get anymore jellies! I sell year 'round, and provide delivery within the tricites or porch pick-up for everyone! Live outside the tricites? Let's connect! I'm sure we can make it work. I've helped get delicious jars anywhere from the Fraser Valley, to Alberta & Ontario! 🙂

It's been another year and I'm getting my jellies set for the fall/winter season and upcoming markets. Last year I had four amazing jelly flavours, but of course I had to tinker around and create some new delicious options.

This year I have 7 fabulous jelly flavours to present!

I originally started my company with a love of charcuterie, but what I've noticed is that while some people love a good spread to serve their jelly with, others don't care for it. If you're interested in jazzing up your charcuterie board, that's great! If you're looking for something more or just don't care for the board, I want to take jellies beyond basics, not only to serve with your next meal, but also use it in your favourite cocktail/mocktail. Maybe you'll use a jelly as a spread with your toast, bagel or waffles in the morning, or maybe it's topping your meat at dinner. Making jellies can take time, especially when infusing your juice. If you love orange marmalade, you'll love my orange fennel jelly. Wonderful orange flavour with a hint of fresh fennel. I love it on my toast/English muffin. DM for inquiries!
