After launching and growing my home based business in January of 2015, we have finally opened our much anticipated store front at 331 Main Street West in Port Colborne! My facilities have been inspected and approved by the Niagara Health Board. My products have no added preservatives and only the best ingredients, including real butter, and local fruit when i

n season. We entered our Butter Tarts into the Royal Winter Fair, taking 2nd place for 2017 in their professional category. I have competed in the Ontario Technological Skills Competition Placing 2nd in Ontario in 2015, and I have entered my pies and cakes into the Wainfleet Fall Fair taking first prize in 2014. In the store you'll find fresh made from scratch breads on our shelves, as well as an assortment of pies and sweets, preservative free and baked fresh daily. Our pie crusts are all hand made with real butter, and we make the fillings in house with premium ingredients - no pail filling here! Stop in to our store Wednesday - Friday 10am-5pm and 4pm on Saturdays. Try out our products, bring some to your friends and taste the difference quality makes. 🔧 Well, this is… not where that part is supposed to be. 😂

Meet the flywheel from our large 5/8" bread slicer — the hardworking little wheel responsible for making those blades move up and down.

Unfortunately, a weld decided it had done enough work and broke, so our flywheel is headed off for some much-needed repairs. 🛠️

What does that mean for you?
For a little while, we won’t be able to offer our regular 5/8" slice. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!

The good news: you can still have your bread sliced at 1/2", or take it home whole. 🍞

Thanks for your patience while we get our slicer back in shape. We’ll let you know as soon as our regular slicing is back in action!

In the meantime, please enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at the part that keeps things moving — quite literally. 😉
