Been busy lately planning some bigger things !
Soon you'll be able to purchase year round pre made doughs , and pre made mixes that you can grab from our self serve stand or order online ! 👀

That being said the stand will be open all weekend this weekend with some special treats, a taste of fall if you will 😋

Food for thought if you will and that we pride ourselves on fresh, local, and our customers in mind .

Any and all of our jams or fruit based baking comes from local farmers , from their farm stands, or local berry farms directly farm to table.

We source high quality ingredients from locals as much as we can.

Our Butter only comes from Walker Dairy Bar
As well as our milk or if we're feeling up for some good cheese we get our high quality milk from New Galma Dairy

We buy those small 2lb bags of icing sugar, why not buy a 50lb commercial bag you may wonder?
They are the perfect size for making a batch of our royal icing, no extra measurements, and it stays fresh , not opening a 50lb bag into a container to sit for weeks, we use one bag at a time and I find they have the big bags have more of a fake taste than those small bags.

We source our flours from local mills or we find amazing flours from an amazing market full of awesome baking finds , Briwood Farm Market

Baking tastes best when it's made with love and others in mind, we only use local fresh ingredients here at JJ's 🩵

Tart & sweet in house made blueberry jam , with a Velvety soft cream cheese layer with of course layers and layers of buttery flakey pastry to hold it all together 😊

Made with Canadian blueberries, and local butter from Walker Dairy Bar
