The stairs are built, even more fees paid, but it could take up to 3 weeks for the permit to go through.
In new developments, I was literally reported before the doors even open because i dont have a public bathroom. Customers are of course welcome, but more junkies drift in and out of this area than anything else (there was one jackknifed in the alley during construction yesterday, after the ambulance left we cleared out another mountain of drug paraphernalia). There are literally public washrooms directly across the street at the quote-unquote public safety building.
A lot of you want me to open so you can support, and yay for that! Unfortunately there's always someone with nothing better to do than pick apart another enterprise. I passed all 3 inspections, but now they must revisit due to the complaint.
If anyone wants to step in and take over, make me an offer. I'm out of money, its taken months to get here yet there was talk of building a second bathroom... where. And with what. I'm out. Why aren't there more small businesses in port hmm I just dont know
