He adopted us years ago, and his aloof, stubborn air only makes us love him more. He really makes you work for the purr lol

Frankie is our sentry cat, he patrols and protects the yard from outside threats. Last year, he was injured in the line of duty, taking a claw to the retina. The vet prescribed treatment, and we believed the issue to be resolved until a few days ago when we noticed his eye looked inflamed; its since been diagnosed cancerous. He needs surgery to have the eye removed ASAP. Hatchet and I are donating our tips to the cause, and we'll be making Frankie Biscuits to fundraise 🙂

Busy busy this a.m. with 3 kinds of vegan sourdough bread/bagels (plain, onion + garlic, Mediterranean) gingerbread muffin tops, sourdough chocolate chip cookies, citrus bran breakfast bars, gf vegan oat bars, half sweet nonfat sourdough babka is coming up, plus turkey sandwiches with veg, provelone, and house made pesto mayo on onion + garlic sourdough! A variety of OG cinnys today in plain, caramel pecan, and chocolate fudge; sourdough bread and bagels in both plain and onion + garlic, citrus bran breakfast bars, gluten free/vegan oat bars, gingerbread muffin tops, gluten free broccoli cheddar soup, OG soup buns, ginger molasses cookies, and caramel cookie bars... so far! The day isn't getting any younger and neither am I 🤣 arnold palmers and mango tango lime teas, iced coffee, perked coffee!

Turkey Kiev sandwich for lunch! The salt sticks have a pool of melted butter inside, and we've added real turkey breast, swiss cheese, and house made mustard mmmmm!
